Warehouse cleaning isn't about the warehouse floor. It's about the parts of the building where people actually spend time — the break room, the restrooms, the office, the locker area.
Those get heavy use and thin attention.
We run a weekly or twice-weekly route through those spaces, with machine floor scrubbing on the warehouse deck on a periodic cycle. We work between shifts or on the weekend, so nothing stops.
What Gets Cleaned
Break rooms and lunch areas — tables, counters, sinks, microwave interiors, floors
Restrooms and locker rooms — fixtures, partitions, mirrors, floors, paper and soap restocked
Office and administrative areas
Entry, reception, and stairwells
Dock and staging area sweep
Trash and recycling throughout
High-touch points — door handles, railings, time clocks, shared equipment
On a Periodic Cycle
Machine floor scrubbing — warehouse deck
Hard floor stripping and refinishing in office areas
High dusting of racking and beams
Pressure washing dock aprons and dumpster pads
Interior window cleaning

Machinery, equipment, or production line cleaning
Hazardous material or chemical spill response
Anything requiring a lift, harness, or confined-space entry
Inventory handling or pallet movement
Exterior windows above ground floor
How We Price It
Priced by the square footage we actually service — not the whole building.
Office and break areas are priced by visit frequency; warehouse floor scrubbing is priced by deck square footage and cycle.
Flat monthly rate. Periodic floor work can be built in, so the number stays the same every month.
