Join the FBS Janitorial Team

We're building a commercial cleaning crew in Seattle and on the Eastside — offices, churches, schools, and property turnovers. Most routes run evenings and weekends, so the work fits around a day job or classes. No experience necessary; we train.

What the work looks like

  1. Evening and weekend commercial routes in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Renton

  2. Two-person crews on a fixed weekly schedule — the same buildings each week

  3. Offices, restrooms, floors, trash, and periodic deep cleaning

  4. Most shifts run 3 to 5 hours

What we're looking for

  1. Reliable transportation to job sites

  2. A record of showing up on time — this matters more to us than experience

  3. The ability to work alone in an empty building without supervision

  4. Comfort with physical work — lifting up to 25 lbs and staying on your feet through a shift

  5. Bilingual is a plus

What we offer

  2. The same crew and the same route, so you're not starting over every shift

  4. All equipment and supplies provided

Job Application

Hiring involves a background check, conducted after a conditional offer of employment and in compliance with Seattle's Fair Chance Employment Ordinance (SMC 14.17) and Washington's Fair Chance Act.
