Service-Based Policy

FBS Janitorial provides professional cleaning services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not issued after a service has been completed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and, if necessary, arrange a re-clean or corrective service.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Custom & Large Jobs

For move-in/move-out, commercial, or custom services, refund eligibility (if any) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
