All services are performed based on the agreed scope, schedule, and pricing. Any changes, cancellations, or additional requests should be communicated in advance. FBS Janitorial reserves the right to adjust services if site conditions differ from what was originally disclosed.

FBS Janitorial takes professional care during all services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or areas not included in the agreed scope of work.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment terms are agreed upon before service begins. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees. Ongoing commercial contracts are governed by written service agreements.
