An empty unit doesn't earn anything. Every week it sits half-clean is a week you can't show it properly.
Send us the address and square footage and we'll confirm the price the same day. Most turnovers are scheduled within two business days, and we can work from a lockbox without anyone meeting us there.
This is one-time work, not a contract. If you turn over units regularly, we'll set a standing rate.

These are our standard rates for an empty space in normal condition. Send us the square footage and a few photos and we'll confirm the exact number the same day — usually within the hour during office hours.

Construction dust or debris — that's priced as post-construction
Adhesive, sticker, or signage residue
Paint touch-up or wall repair
Grease traps or kitchen hood systems
Exterior windows above ground floor
Removal of abandoned inventory, shelving, or equipment
