The First Three Seconds
A small shop lives or dies on the first three seconds. Clean glass, clean floor, no smell. Most owners know this and end up doing it themselves at 9 PM after a full day on their feet.
We take that over. Two to five nights a week, after close, on a flat monthly rate. You hand over a key or a code and stop thinking about it.
We work with boutiques, barbershops, nail salons, tattoo and piercing studios, med spas, and small offices with a storefront.
What Gets Cleaned
Storefront glass and entry door — inside and ground-level outside
Floors — vacuumed, mopped, or machine-cleaned depending on surface
Counters, display surfaces, and point-of-sale area
Mirrors and fitting rooms
Restrooms — fixtures, mirrors, floors, paper and soap restocked
Back room, break area, and staff restroom
Trash and recycling out
Light dusting of shelving and fixtures

How We Price It
Small shops are priced by square footage and nights per week. Most storefronts under 2,000 square feet land in a predictable range on a two to three night schedule.
We note existing damage — stained flooring, marked walls, worn fixtures — in writing before the first visit, so nothing gets blamed on us later.
Flat monthly rate, invoiced Net 15.
For Studios, Salons & Med Spas
We handle general cleaning: floors, glass, restrooms, waiting areas, break rooms, and trash.
Decontamination of treatment areas and stations, sharps containers, autoclave rooms, and any regulated biohazard waste stays with your licensed staff. Our crew does not handle, move, or empty those containers, and does not compress trash bags by hand.
We'll write the exact boundary into the scope before the first visit, so there's no confusion about who does what.
