Front of House, Off Your Team's Plate
Your kitchen crew is exhausted at midnight and the dining room still needs doing. That's how floors get half-mopped and restrooms get skipped on a Saturday.
We come after close and take front of house off your team's plate. Dining room, bar, restrooms, entry glass, hard floors. On a nightly or three-to-five-night schedule, at a flat monthly rate.
To be clear about the boundary: hood systems, grease traps, and kitchen equipment stay with your certified service provider. That's a licensed trade and we don't pretend otherwise.
