You Shouldn't Have to Drive Over
Property managers don't have a cleaning problem. They have a verification problem. A board member emails at 8 PM asking whether the trash room got done, and the only way to know is to drive over.
We send a photo report after every visit. Lobby, corridor, elevator, trash room, garage — dated, timestamped, in your inbox. You answer the email without leaving your desk.
If you manage more than one property, everything runs on one schedule and one monthly invoice.

How We Price It
Priced per building by common-area square footage and visit frequency. Multi-property clients get one consolidated monthly invoice, with a per-building breakdown your board can read.
We also price vacant unit turnovers separately, by bedroom count, if you want a single vendor for both.
Flat monthly rate, invoiced Net 15. Thirty days' notice to cancel.
