Church Cleaning in Seattle

Ready before Sunday, every Sunday. A flat monthly rate your committee can budget around.

Built Around Your Sunday

Most churches we talk to are running on volunteers who are tired, or on a cleaner who comes when they can. Either way the building slowly falls behind — the carpet in the fellowship hall, the restrooms after coffee hour, the children's wing after a busy week.

We work on a fixed schedule built around your Sunday. The sanctuary gets reset, the classrooms get turned over, the restrooms get restocked, and the fellowship hall is ready for whatever comes next.

Carpet care and floor refinishing are planned into the year instead of showing up as a surprise bill.

We also work from a written list of what we don't touch. That list is yours to write.

What Gets Cleaned

Sanctuary — pews or seating, aisles, entry, narthex
Fellowship hall and kitchen — tables, counters, floors, trash
Classrooms and children's wing — surfaces, toys shelving, floors, high-touch disinfection
Restrooms — fixtures, mirrors, floors, paper and soap restocked
Offices and meeting rooms
Entry glass, corridors, and stairwells
Trash and recycling throughout

Built Into the Annual Plan

Carpet extraction twice a year

Hard floor stripping and refinishing

What Stays With Your Staff

Anything on your written do-not-touch list

We put this list in the contract before the first visit.

If it changes, we update it.

How We Price It

A flat monthly rate, the same number every month — which is what a finance committee actually needs. Periodic work like carpet and floor refinishing is built into that number, not billed separately when it comes due.

Pricing depends on square footage, how many times a week we come, and whether there's a preschool or daycare in the building. Invoiced monthly, Net 15.
